Open MSG opens Outlook .msg files on your Mac without Outlook. You can view, print, save as PDF and save attachments for free; batch conversion is an optional one-off purchase.
A file won't open. Some messages are encrypted or protected by rights management (IRM); those can only be opened in Outlook. Files named winmail.dat use a different format (TNEF) that Open MSG doesn't read yet.
Restore a purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the Open MSG menu, signed in with the same Apple Account.
